Additional Rules

  • Minimum booking age - 25 years old
  • Max overnight occupancy - 8 people
  • Damages - report all damages within 2 hours of your arrival.
  • Parking - Max 4 vehicles. Use the garage and driveway. No street parking allowed.
  • No smoking/vaping/drugs allowed inside the house.
  • If a long term renter (with booking 28days plus) then renter must go through a credit check process after booking and/or submitting a booking request.
  • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
  • Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in​
  • Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

 

Cancelation Policy

  • Free cancelation up to 5 days before check-in (full refund: get back 100% of what you paid).
  • Partial refund until check-in date (Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night or the service fee).

 

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Regular check-in time is 3 pm & check out time is 11 am
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be offered during off seasons (if available)
  • Not offered during high season and during events and holidays.
  • Call a day before for availability
  • Early Check-in $150 (as early as 11:00 AM)
  • Late Checkout $150 (as late as 3:00 PM)

 

Noise

Riverside County has noise ordinance. Outside sound emanating from amplifying equipment, music, pool, and people is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. If the noise ordinance is broken, guests will be penalized and asked to leave without refund. During daytime hours of 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, we ask guests to be mindful of excessively loud noise and to be respectful of the neighbors as the home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

  • There is a Noise level monitor installed outside in the patio area.
  • If sound decibels exceed a certain threshold you will be notified & we will contact the guest about it.
  • This device has the capacity to track the amplitude of decibel sound waves only.

 

Safety

  • The home may not be safe for children under 8 as we have no safety gate surrounding the pool, and we have BBQ Grill and a gas fire pit.
  • Children should not be left unattended
  • Children must have adult supervision at all times around the pool area
  • All guests must be good swimmers.

 

Swimming pool - Salt Water Pool:

  • Caution: The pool is less than 6' feet deep & has no safety fencing
  • Pool hours: Please consider moving indoors after 10:00 pm.
  • Option: $90 per day pool heating fee - must be for the duration of the entire stay
  • It has a pool bench on the deep end, stairs on the shallow end and sunbathing area.
  • Please swim at your own risk and never swim alone.
  • If you are sick, pregnant, or have any health issues, we ask that you do not use the pool or hot tub as safety is our primary concern.
  • No diving is allowed as serious injury, paralyzation, or death may occur from diving.
  • By renting our home or being a guest of the renter you absolve us, the owners, of liability due to injury or death.
  • Pool is cleaned 2x per week on Mondays and Fridays (early morning).

 

Pets:

  • Pets allowed at $150 extra charge per dog (maximum 1 dog allowed unless other arrangements are made).
  • There is a maximum of 1 service dog allowed.
  • Dog(s) must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to arrival.
  • Guests must pick up after their service dog.
  • The service dog is not allowed on the furniture and all dog hair must be cleaned up prior to departure.

 

Charcoal Grill

  • Guests are responsible for their own charcoal.
  • If there is extra charcoal at the home, you may use it for barbecuing.
  • Please be careful and do not use the grill within 10 feet of the home.

 

Trash

  • Guests must dispose of the trash in the bins.
  • Garbage cannot be placed outside or in other garbage cans throughout the neighborhood.
  • Eviction clause : Eviction with no refunds if guests receive a citation from the City.
